Per tradition, we awoke Addie to a large breakfast muffin set aglow by candles! She was a true lady about the surprise of it all and was beyond thrilled to allow her big brother to help her blow the candles out!
After waking up a smidge, she ran to her designated "picnic" area on the living room floor where a couple of gifts awaited her! We got her a vintage backpack with a family of bunnies inside! They each come with their own little outfits and bibs and a Mommy Bunny for good measure! She loved it! She also had a special gift from her Ninos... a special Ballerina Build-A-Bear! Her eyes lit up at the sight of it! She named her bear Tara... after my Dad's cat... whome she loves dearly, so that was quite a compliment to the Ballerina Bear! Thanks Christina & Edward! She also got to watch a video of her choosing at her private picnic... she chose Care Bears, but what little girl wouldn't? ;)
The rest of the day was ALL hers, but kept pretty mild, since she was having a bigger day the next morning at her PINKALICIOUS party! :) We love you Miss Addison Grace! You are a super smart and special lady! Your personality never seizes to amaze us! Happy Birthday baby girl!
