I know, I know, does it get anymore un-American than that?
However, I decided to suck it up this year on behalf of my children... and their fanatic love for farm animals.
Make no mistake, I did not take on this difficult task alone... I recruited the help of my sister-in-law and her husband! Unlike me, they enjoy the fair... so who better to surround myself with than people who have a positive outlook on the fair!?!
Did I mention it was like 1,000 degrees? Surely you can see why I needed to surround myself with positive people! :)
Well, wouldn't you know it... despite the heat, we had a great time and the kids talked about the animals for days after!
Thanks Christina, Edward, and of course, Massimo, for accompanying us to the fair... oh, and the VIP parking!!! Can I just say that while the kids talked about the animals for days, I couldn't shut-up about the awesomeness of the VIP parking... ahhh... you must experience it for yourself... I'm refreshed just thinking about it! ;)
